Monsoons are beautiful and serene. At the same time, the monsoon season gives rise to a number of skin problems among people. The skin becomes very vulnerable to a number of allergies and damages. Water is the biggest secret behind the radiant skin of a number of women. Drinking water has always been suggested to the people whose skin is vulnerable to various skin issues. Thus, make sure you drink enough water during the day to keep your skin hydrated and to avoid your skin from getting oily. Drink at least 9-10 glasses of water to get a radiant and healthy skin.

Say no to bleach:

You must not bleach your skin during the rainy season. Bleaching has the tendency to damage your skin in the monsoon season since your face becomes very vulnerable during this time. Hence, it is safe to postpone your bleaching appointment. Also we recommend you not to get facial in this season.

A good diet:

A healthy skin is a bliss. Now you can keep your skin healthy by the way of opting a good health diet. Avoid eating spicy and oily food since it can damage your skin. Go for seasonal fruits and vegetables. Avoid eating the street food during the monsoon as the street food is usually unhygienic and you may fall ill.  Try including green and leafy vegetables in your diet during the monsoon season.

Wash your face timely:

It is one of the most important healthy skin tips. You must wash your face from time to time during the monsoon to keep your skin clean. Wash your face for at least two or three times a day to let your skin breathe. Use a toner or astringent if you have an oily skin. Also, use a soap-less gel based face-wash to wash your face. This tip is recommended for all skin-types. A clean face is a key to a healthy skin.


One of the major tips to get a healthy skin is to exfoliate your skin at least once a week. Exfoliating the skin will clear out all the dead skin and dirt and will keep your skin healthy. Waxing your arms and legs is also recommended to get a smooth and toned skin.
